Great performer, quick and even germination. I sow on trays filled with soil, and with a covering of thin paper napkin over the top of the soil so that the soil does not stick to the beautiful black seeds. There were a few weeks where the black seed had some mold floating between the tips of the sprouts.

They take longer to grow then some other microgreens. Three to four weeks to harvest. The taste is very nice. I am a huge fan of the onion. These microgreens will add to any dish you put them in.
