These grow sooooo fast and Pretty. They have great lettuce flavor.

Doing my first tray, about 97% seeds germinated, as seed coats come off, they are looking like broad leaf endives except these are thinner, looking forward seeing how they will grow after this stage.

Love it!

My son won't stop eating them! Once again great germination rate. They look as good as they taste. Can't wait to share them with the family ....... if we even make it to harvest day.
