Mustard - Spinach (Komatsuna) - Microgreens Seeds

I love this plant

I love these mustard spinach microgreens. Just delicious so good. Going to buy seeds and try growing in my garden.

I came across this microgreen looking for a mild mustard taste that would blend well in a sulforaphane mix. The nutritional profile is good, so I bought a pound to try it out. Turned out to be a great find, It is exceptionally hardy and grows very fast, and has a very pleasant taste with a bit of a kick. Most of the cruciferous seeds run around $50-60 for a 5# bag. This was$31 last time I checked, so I'll get one as soon as I'm out.
