A Worthy Rival To Double Gloucester

I've always thought that Double Gloucester was the most underrated cheese and now it has a rival in Double Devonshire Surely an award winner for the future

A good start

My first taste from Quicke's. A good quality basic cheddar style cheese. Not particularly complex, and why coloured? Might be more interesting if aged a bit more. Absolutely nothing wrong with this, but I was expecting more.
