Arq8™ Creatine Monohydrate Powder

Mixed well in my coffee in the morning, but the consistency of the powder is like powdered sugar and it gets everywhere when scooping it out. I have big hands so the small container is tough for me to reach into.

I had high expectations from this product based on the summary they give. It does not dissolve easily in water like it claims to, still has the chalky taste, and somehow everytime i take it I end up having stomachache, which I know it’s common if you just started taking creatine, but I’ve been taking creatine for about a year now. So, I’m sorry, but honestly I wouldn’t buy it again, wish I could return it and have a refund but the time period elapsed.

Decent source for creatine, it doeasnt completely dissolve its just light not clumbs there’s no aftertaste either
