Wagyu Tenderloin Filet Mignon

Beyond what I imagine

I had what was supposed to be wagyu Filet, and now I know it wasn't. This was the most flavorful, beyond tender filet I have ever had. I rarely eat any other cut, so that means I have eaten a lot of filets. Most filets have little beef flavor. This steak was so flavorful, and the marbling melted in my mouth. I tried your products because I was tired of being disappointed by the grocery stores filet but paying more and more. I will order again.

Not what I thought

The steak was very good but not "Wagyu" as the fat content wasn't representative of the title Wagyu. For the price, I was expecting something different than a filet bought at costco, but I couldn't tell the difference.

Fabulous filet mignon

My wife and I enjoyed the fillet mignon immensely So tender and flavorful I'll be ordering the fillet again real soon
