Great shoes! Fit is good, comfortable and I like the style and color. Delivered as promised, no order or shipping issues. Opened the box, laced them up, been wearing them almost every day since and no complaints.

Stylish yet durable

Just what I was looking for. A shoe that pairs well with casual attire and is comfy / durable enough to walk about on casual trails here in the PNW versus my usual footwear (low cut vans or etnies). Definitely my go to pair of shoes since I got them and will absolutely get another down the line when these start to wear. Hopefully it’ll be awhile!

customer service for returns/exchanges

I purchased the Escape three weeks ago. I realized I needed 1/2 size larger so I followed the directions on the company website to initiate an exchange. After sending two emails and leaving two voice mails I still have received no response from customer service. The website states customer service will respond within 24 hours. I'm very disappointed with customer service and looks like I'm stuck with shoes that are too small. I hope a customer service representative will read this post and reach out to me.
