StrideFix™ - Pro

I thought id never received the braces, after a month they finally arrived. I tried reaching out to the seller multiple times but they had never replied. I was about to submit a fraud claim the day i finally got confirmation of shipping. Ive now tried to reach of for a refund but again haven't heard back from anyone. The product is way cheaper than I thought and they provide little to no support. Customer support is non existent, avoid this product.

Purchased to help my son return to soccer following a severe sprain to his ankle. Despite being cleared by his physiotherapist for a gradual return to play after months of rehab, his ankle is naturally a bit weak and he is still experiencing some pain with certain motions. We brought this brace plus one other to our last physio session to see which one she suggested we use for stability while he continues to heal. She picked the StrideFix! It's thin enough to fit under his sock and in his cleats. Additionally, it is tight enough to offer excellent/strong support while also providing him with the confidence he needs to play without getting re-injured. Great for all athletes, but also perfect (I imagine) for anyone with generally weak ankles as well. A+ from us! Highly recommend!

The support after purchase and delivery was unacceptable. They never responded to my inquiries or provided any tracking information. On top of that, the product quality is very poor. It cannot really be considered an ankle support — it’s basically just another sock with little to no support.
