They really do r do mu h if rheey help u jump they wiegh a lot its like im wearing boots now. So there goes way theresupposed ti help with and they font fit in many any of my shoes. I would say dont buy tbis product ypursges wont bd ny better much with these unfortunately 60dollars unfortunately.... boooh

Do not buy this product. They tell you they are going through a re-brand, but the product is a cheap copy of the advertised insoles, manufactured in China and doesn’t look anything like the pictures on their website. Came very late, even though I paid for expedited delivery in a couple of plastic bags. Look like basic budget insoles. Multiple emails trying to get a refund, even having to send pictures of the sub-standard product, before i was told I would have to return them to China. Don’t waste your time or money. Not as advertised.

It took a week to get here not like rhe product that was advertised and dont even fit my shoes looks like 1-2 sizes smaller. Wouldnt recomend this product not worth the price.
