Pleasant - Very Mild Flavor - Easy to Grow

The seeds germinated well. I always soak my seeds overnight. I grew them hydroponically under a grow light. They took about 8 days to reach maturity. Their flavor was extremely mild: slightly nutty & a bit grassy. They were pleasant, but not my favorite. They would be a wonderful microgreen for someone would a sensitive palate.

Germination is excellent. I love these microgreens in salads and on sandwiches. My pet backyard chickens happily devour them, too.
