The shoes are sub-standard, I question the material, sizing is off, they came in a plastic bag NOT a BOX, stitching is terrible

When i received my shoes the pin in the bucle was off and everytime i try and put the pin back in and buckle the shoe it pops back out. A total waste this shoe is very cheap made bad quality.
