Arden Silk Button-Up Shirt

The threads on the back of the neck are coming apart. There are no instructions on how to care for this shirt. Not very happy. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to return the shirt but no one reaches out.

It took over 3 weeks to receive the product with terrible communication. Once received, the product was not the wuslity i had hoped for and the size was not proper (did not fit). But then trying to return the product or get credit was also a bad experience. I can not recommend this company.
