These shoes were deformed on one shoe. The right side leans to the left and makes the toes sore. I paid for a shoe I can never wear. Bad product

You sent me size 7 shoes or even maybe an eight I don't know how to read your shoe size but I asked for a size 6 and black and you send me a size too large I don't like my shoe like that it's too floppy and too big for me

They are super comfortable however I needed to order a half size up so they do not fit me. Not true to size.
