Little disappointed on preparedness

I ordered 9 trees the day before and asked if the tree come be ready in the morning for pick up. They said no problem they’ll be ready. I went with my truck and trailer to pick up the trees and they only had a portion of them at their main site. I was then directed to go to another storage site. I when there and my other tree weren’t ready. The site manager did not know that I was coming. This took valuable time from my day to plant my 9 trees with my brothers and father. The trees otherwise are beautiful and they will make a beautiful privacy screen in the front of my house.

Excellent service. Delivered on time as scheduled.
