Airway Support Soft Chews for Small Breeds

I cancelled my subscription 3 days after i got my order. After trying the chews my dog’s cough worsened. The minute I was charged for the next order a month later I emailed them before they shipped out but they would not remove the charges. When I got the package I took the unopened package to the USPS for a Return to Sender as the company would not return my money until I returned the product. The last package was from Lydia not Weston Animal Co. I am very concerned about this company and their refund policy.

Horrible hard as a rock dogs will not touch them. Contacted company was told it was the carriers fault. Told me it was not theirs and thwy are not standing by thwir 90 day no questions asked refund policy. Purchase was less than a month ago and the company just now got back to me after emails and contact form on website sent several times.

This is not the same as i purchased before. It looks different, smells different, very powdery and my dog turns his nose up and walks away. The previous chews were more firm and he could get enough of them. I wouks open the container and he would bark at me to hurry. Far cry from what i have now.
