Orthopedic Feeding Bowl (with Bowl Stands)

Bowl set came brokwn and tiny- like a cat bowl size. Going to try to contact customer service. Very disapponted. Update… I contacted customer service and positively they responded right away… Negatively they told me it’s past a 30 day window from the day I ordered it and so they cannot do anything. I just received it today and ordered it August 12 and today is the 14th. They can check the tracking I wouldn’t have received it within 30 days so I’m not sure that I have any options that Phil this company does not have good ethical practices.

The bowls I received do not look like these. The bowls in these pictures look round and the bowls I received are more oval and look smaller. They look like cat bowls to me. I regret buying them because of this. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Cheap, definitely not what is represented at all. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.
