Grade Two Literacy Curriculum

One of my children is in year 1, we are homeschooling in Australia. I am using this as part of his English daily work. Just one page a day is all we do, as I incorporate other English work throughout the day. His reading level is advanced for his age, however he has only just started writing small scentences. So I was looking for something that challenges him a little with comprehension, but was easy an light on questions requiring less writing. So far this is perfect for him as the level of reading is more challenging than most year 1 resources, however worksheets are quick and easy enough for him to do.
