Norwegian Ocean Trout (Steelhead) – Sushi Grade (5.5oz portion)

We tried the Norwegian trout from Nordic Catch for the first time and really enjoyed it. It has a slightly firmer texture and a nuttier, cleaner taste compared to the Icelandic salmon. We had it with our poké, and it made for a refreshing, different culinary experience.

Thanks so much the steelhead is finally back! Portions are smaller than what they used to be, but I’m still very happy it’s back! Being on a very narrow diet is difficult enough. One place that carries my fish in a very good quality!
