Croeve CMC Brace

It was delivered quickly. However i added onto the order what the picture showed as a green fabric hand/thumb brace.....what appears on the receipt and inside the box is a cheap rubber sleeve that is too big...i contacted them thinking it was missing and while the return communication was quick i was told that the weight of the package was correct for what was ordered. Upon opening the box is when i saw the misrepresented item.

The inside of the brace would be more comfortable if it didn't irritate my skin mainly around the thumb and forefinger. It's rubber/ plastic when squeezed to fit firmly makes my thumb on top hurt more being kept immobile for long periods of time wearing it.

I haven't used it for long because I only got it 2 days ago. So far it feels good especially when it is sore.
