A little too shiny and spreads for me

This is a good product, and the color is nice. It feels good on my lips, but I find it a little too shiny. I decided to try it, because if the sale. It is shimmery like glass, so as advertised. My preference is not Tarte's fault. It also seemed to spread outside the lip line on me. Not my personal favorite Tarte lip product but that could just be me.
