These are the only thing that works for relieving my pain- which is all over! I use 3 or 4 of them when I go to bed. They help me get to sleep. I have been using these for about a year and have not been disappointed.

I bought these for my wife to keep on hand (no pun intended) when she's feeling cold. They work almost instantly, click the metal disk inside and watch the magic happen. They stay warm a little longer if the contents inside are squished around. They don't stay hot for a long period of time, but if you find yourself out in the cold these things are really nice to have and will get your fingers feeling better in no time. I liked that they work right away, there's nearly no waiting for them to warm up, they are hot within seconds.

Quality Issue

I purchased 2 pair, but one did not have a metal disc in it. The other 3 worked great, nice & warm.
