Ethiopian coffee is an excellent example of why terroir matters. These beans are different. They require a lighter roast than others, giving a milder, aromatic coffee with notes of citrus and wine-like fruit. It's my favorite, although I also enjoy the darker roast of coffee from Congo. I hope Equal Exchange can also bring back coffee from Tanzania.

Too skunky for my taste

A bit too skunky smelling and flavor is too bitter for my personal taste. Bean quality is great, just not something I would buy again. I love Mind, Body and Soul. I'll just stick with that.
