Shogun - Slicing & Carving Knife - 12"

Another fine product from Dalstrong. As my hand is not small, My only preference would be that the handle be a little thicker, so it would fit more firmly in my grip. But, that has not stopped me from enjoying it in my tool set.

Love this knife!

This knife cuts ribs, hams and roast like butter. Every time after using it I kind of hate putting it away, wishing I would have grilled more.

Finally have a carving knife that exceeds my expectations!
