6" boning knife. Shogun

Excellent knife used daily and seems to hold a sharp edge. This is the 4th knife I've bought from Dalstrong, and been extremely happy with all of them. They make a fine product!

Quality looks excellent. The metal definitely feels durable. Knife feels balanced and hefty. The Damascus steel gives it a cool design. Super sharp, so much care is needed when wielding it.
