So far I am liking how I feel, I don't have issues with acne at this time. I also appreciate that the packaging is recyclable and in glass jars.

Hot Flashes

This has been a game changer for me. My hot flashes are completely gone, especially those awful 3 AM ones that used to wake me up out of a dead sleep. I honestly wasn’t expecting such a noticeable difference, but I’ve been sleeping so much better and waking up feeling more rested. Definitely one of my favorite products I’ve tried.

These have definitely given me the balance that I need for the day. I feel the impact if I don’t take it for a day. I try not to run out, if I can.
