Solid plate
Exactly what I was hoping for. Heft feels right, edges are clean, and the finish has held up through every ruck so far ... what more could you be looking for.
Slides into the Ruckercise pack and locks down with the strap system so it stays put no shifting, no rattling, no reminding you it's there in the wrong way.
Good weight to build up to the 35lb on longer days. No complaints.
