Supports my neck nicely with added coushion the base model doesn’t have. Can’t wait for my next trip to really try it out.

Product does not provide neck support on the side where the Velcro snaps. Hits the ear and neck in an uncomfortable angle. I used it on an international flight. I could not find a comfortable way to rest my neck and fall asleep.

Wasnt sure if it was just influencer hype. Tried it on. I think it will work!
