Works well. Side sleeper who can never sleep on planes
I got the trtl adjustable as an option for sleeping on long flights. I’m a side sleeper and sleep pretty light historically. As a result neck pillows just don’t work for me. To test the trtl pillow, I took it on a six hour flight red eye last week, first try. I ended up with 2.5 hrs sleep, which for me is pretty good given my history. I ended up shifting it left to right side intermittently thru the flight, and also brought the wrap up onto my chin/jaw. This latter technique locked my head in place in a way that was comfortable since the trtl material is soft and padded. My conclusion; works better than anything I’ve tried, and for the price is a heckuva lot cheaper than a business class upgrade… which is what I’ve had to do in the past if a lay flat seat is an option. Nice work, Trtl! I’m going to keep experimenting with it, but this experience is a thumbs up for sure, offering some hope for at least some sleep on future flights. The device is easy to carry or stash- thumbs up there too.

TRTL pillow plus
As far as comfortability goes, it’s really nice. I just wish it came in more colours as well as different fabric such as cotton linen or woolAs far as comfortability goes, it’s really nice. I just wish it came in more colours as well as different fabric such as cotton linen or wool..

Helped me get some sleep!
I live in Hawaii and fly to the mainland several times a year. I’ve tried sooo many neck pillows. My previous one came close, but it was so dense, heavy, and fat. I decided to try Trtl and I’m glad I did! To start, it’s much easier to pack: lightweight, and relatively thin when laid flat. When it came time to put it on, it’s easy to do and comfortable! I got the Plus model and appreciate its soft padding. It kept my head in a stable upright position that helped me relax and rest on the long, overnight flight to Denver (6.5 hours). I am 5’6” tall, normal neck height and I dialed in to the “shortest” position. I do kind of wish it went a little lower. I’m not short, but it bordered on too high for me. Still, I’m really glad I got it!
