The Finn Skirt is an elastic waist skirt with angled panels of gathered tiers. Two views are available. View A is a subtle take on the handkerchief hem - the panel points coming together at a low angle. View B is a more voluminous option with the hem point being more pronounced. Both views are finished with a generous mitred hem.
