Eleonora dress PDF sewing pattern

The pattern was not written the best. There were multiple steps where I read and read and then completed the step, only to find that I did it wrong and had to seam rip the fabric and do it again. One of these steps was attaching the pockets to the skirt. The other confusing part was when you gather the skirt and the instructions say "gather the skirt until it's the same width as the bodice" even though the bodice is stretchy and there aren't any instruction that the basting stitch won't prevent the skirt from going over your head. This pattern was not plesant to complete and I do not think that I will do it again, unfortunately.

Love this dress!

I absolutely loved sewing this dress! The pattern and instructions were easy to follow, and I am very happy with the final product! The most complicated and time consuming part of the whole project was taping the pattern together and cutting it out :)

Design is stunning! Instructions could be slightly improved

I love the design of this dress, its so flattering and really accommodating fit-wise with so many adjustable elements. Only reason for 4 stars is I found the instructions not quite as good as other patterns I've followed. Particularly the sleeve instructions were not quite thorough enough in my opinion (how to tell which arm is which) and the video doesn't cover enough detail for the difficult parts of construction. I know I will use this pattern a lot in future.
