So impressed!

Balanced Body is an amazing company. The Allegro 2 is heavy, steady and quiet. So very well made! The directions to put it together were clear. My son in law and I put it together in about an hour. My sitting box came with a very small tear from shipping. Very small! They replaced it, even though I had inquired more on how to repair it. Thank you for such wonderful customer service!! You will be very happy with this purchase if you chose this company!
