KAATSU B2 Arms

Game Changer. Not a miracle device, but worth keeping in your training/recovery arsenal. I have owned many versions of BFR bands, including an earlier version of Kaatsu with tubes, and the ease of use and functionality of these are the best so far.

The product is great. Where do I find the instructions on how to use them, how to progress to using the leg bands and how long and how often to use them.

The product is fantastic. Customer service stinks! actually bought the set because I can’t find anybody to talk to about repairing my existing set and it has been so helpful in my workouts and building muscle. No phone number no response to requests on their webpage.
