Fenugreek is a favorite

I add a little fenugreek to my horse’s beet pulp for flavoring. I keep it in a Tupperware container and as soon as I open the container, she knows! It is fragrant and great quality. I know it isn’t as helpful in horses as it is for people with insulin resistance, possibly from lack of studies, but I consider it an enhancement to her meal regime and maybe it helps a tiny bit too.

There has not been any noticeable change. They are certainly doing well, but nothing that I feel I could have tribute to any specific herb there getting.
