BOSS SUPER LUMP CRAB MEAT 1 LB

Pleasantly surprised!!

I normally only like Maryland crab meat because of the sweetness. I was very pleasantly surprised by this crab meat. Because it is super sweet. And from the time we opened it and took a bite of one of the lumps, I knew this was going to be a good crab meat. I use it to make my mother's recipe for baked crab imperial and it made such a great crab imperial. The the lumps were superb. They didn't break apart easily. And again, they were super sweet just like maryland crab. I also at the same time purchased lump crab meat from where I normally purchase it. And it came in almost like shredded crab meat so I was not impressed with that. I will probably continue to purchase more of this because of the taste. And because of the lumps. .
