Jana jacket PW2333

was really disappointed with the quality of this jacket. I wore it once for about an hour and have not washed it, yet the wool sleeves started pilling immediately and already look years old. For the price, I expected much better durability. I’ve contacted customer service and am hoping they resolve the issue, but based on the product quality alone, I wouldn’t recommend this jacket.
