These are my favourite leggings, I think I currently own 6 different colors. For me the only way they could improve is to make the quad/hstring area a bit stretchier. They are so tight there that you can see it on the models as well. Anybody that trains their legs heavy will have this problem. I like the compression bit, but compression does need the flexabity to be able to move. I’ve been on a bit of a weightloss journey (-35kgs so far) and have recently moved from the L to the M, because the fit was really too loose on my waist, my upper legs did good in the L. Still very much compressed, bit when I sat down you couldn’t see the line of where that compression starts. On the more pisitive notes: they are very sturdy and absolutely don’t shine through. The scrunch is sublime, one of the best I’ve tried.

Love! Quality is so good!!. I dont have a great bum but these definitely do alot for me. They come with instructions to put on properly which is helpful. The legs are abit if a squeeze to get up properly (lost a nail) but I under why cause it makes such a difference in how my body looks.

Very resistant material, a bit tight so size up if this is for a workout that requires a lot of movement range. Looks really flattering on the body and yes it actually does have a push up effect (unlike so many other brands that promise the same but don't deliver...)
