NOIR TRENCH COAT

Absolutely amazing quality, quick and friendly service, amazing company!!

I purchased this trench coat at a premium price and was extremely disappointed with both the product and the way my concerns were handled. The internal drawstring placement on my coat sits far too high well above the natural waistline which creates an uncomfortable, awkward, and unflattering fit. I followed the intended design and styling, but the issue remained. When I reached out to customer service, instead of acknowledging my experience, I was essentially dismissed. I was told the product had “never received concerns” and was “designed to sit correctly when worn properly,” which felt like a polite way of implying the problem was me, not the garment. That kind of response is frustrating, especially when the fit is clearly not working for my body type. For the price I paid, I expected far better quality and far better customer care. After this experience, I will not be purchasing from this brand again. My feedback is based on my genuine experience.

The coat was beautiful however i washed it once and the letter began to peel I contacted the monarche team they asked me to send back the coat which i had to pay an extra $10 to return a “faulty item” it’s been six days since I’ve sent the coat I’ve tried to contact them and email them multiple times and no response back so I’ve spent $310 on this coat and I don’t even have the product very unprofessional will not be buying or even recommending this brand to anymore I’m still waiting for them to respond to my multiple messages and emails
