Narwal Flow 2 Robot Vacuum & Mop

1st, the bad. App is buggy and I frequently have to through menu options to reset my map. As you learn the quirks it gets a little easier but I wish it wasn't an issue at all. I have it connected to my Google home and when trying to use voice commands to automate cleaning there's consistently a mapping issue even though the house has already been scanned. Once I refresh the map to use my original home scan and manually select my cleaning or leave it to do it scheduled cleaning everything runs well. Aside from app issues, I'm very happy with the vacuums ability to clean. And makes a little noise when drying the mop and suctioning out the water but regular cleaning noise is very quiet. I'm more than happy with its ability to navigate and clean my home. If the app could be fixed and become less of a pain point I would easily rate this product of 5 out of 5.

This thing is AMAZING!!!!! We have 5 dogs. I se the Narwal to vacuum twice a day and mop twice a week. The floors are alwsys clean and spotless. Its the best investment ever.

The obstacle avoidance functionality did not perform as anticipated. The device encountered pet waste, which was subsequently ingested into the vacuum system and distributed throughout the premises.
