The Best Gift Ever!!

I originally bought the rainbow weight as a Christmas gift for my friend who is a Chef. She said it was the best gift ever and uses it frequently. When it came back on sale a couple of months ago I decided to get it for myself. I absolutely love it!!! So far I've used it when the Striper was in season and for duck breast. What a succulent sear on the skin. Love that crunchy goodness. Thank you!!
