Really enjoying my fish weight in Rose Gold. Have now cooked Barramundi tail fillets on the bbq a couple of times and the results have been outstanding. Its not so much about crispy skin for me, but properly cooked flesh, cooked just enough, which is exactly what I have been achieving

Great Addition to the Kitchen/BBQ

I was unsure whether to invest in the fish weight, but I am glad I did. Comes beautifully boxed (if giving as a gift) and I actually keep mine in the box when not in use. It definitely has good weight to it but is easy to use (even for those not up to Masterchef standard such as myself) and my first fish cooked with it come up trumps! Really happy with the purchase and will use it every time I cook fish now :)

Better than Rose Gold Jewellery!

The oh so beautiful rose gold fish weight is such a delight.. I have cooked John Dory , smashed potatoes (steamed, smashed then roasted, yuuum), next I want to try the broccoli tacos that's on the video. And I was gluing a shoe back together and needed to weigh it down ...yes, the fish weight was perfect as a clamp, so versatile ;). Looking forward to cooking barramundi soon
