This is a replacement manual and I am grateful to have this again. I am preparing meals from the manual and working toward doing the 28 day detox. I appreciate all or your hard work with this manual and the meals are amazing! I just made the spinach-orzo ensalada with the tangy dill dressing and it is delicious!

Its too early for me to have any results yet. I have been drinking green smoothies every day since I began about a week ago.

Yes, I enjoyed the 26 days. The first four were a little hard, but the Smoothies were delicious, usually.
I lost 8.5 pounds, but need to do more around the waist. I like the castor oil pack, have done it before
but was so messy. This nice pack with the elastic ties were awesome. Still use it most nights.
My daughter wants to do this on the next detox around September, I think. So I will do it then. I am 73 so
need to do many. I am fighting lyme problems, and this helped- I slept better, and I know I got rid of a
lot of parasites. Next time I will save up for the parasite pkg. When I did the liver flush, had 3 bowls
full of stones. That felt good. In the beginning I got hot flashes even, and little depression.
So thank you so much for your research and sharing of this great protocol. The Whole Foods receipe
book is amazing. I am still doing the quart of green smoothies a day.
