I'm confused about the dairy products used in some of the recipes. On a Facebook post by Robyn she talked about how dairy was one of the inflammatory foods. I would like to see revised recipes that don't use dairy products.

I enjoyed this program. It was not too hard. It was great when we got to eat food. And then it tasted good, and the body felt what was good food, and how it made me feel.
I did discard 15 lbs,.
I want to do it again. Find my weight fluctuating now in 5 lbs, up and down.
I want to discard 15 lbs more.
Did not do my coffee enamas, because I know a have a kit, but did not find it.
I realize it would have been so much better if I did the enamas.

I did the detox and then continued with the diet you suggested to follow after detox.
I love all your recipes ...they are sooo good.
I make smoothies all the time now and I am a true follower of Green Smoothie Girl.
She has learned so much and does a great job of concisely explaining to us how to live a healthy life.
