RUNNR PaceVault Shorts

I’m a size 8 to 10 and I bought a small, which is the size I would buy for all other brands. I can barely get my legs in these - they run ridiculously small. I’ve tried contacting them to refund / exchange - they won’t refund, only offered to srnd a different size for a further £8. Told me to keep the originals which is hugely wasteful given I will never wear them. Won’t be buying from this company again on that basis.

Ordered a ladies medium, I am a uk 12/14. The size was so small that it didnt even fit my size uk6/8 friend. I've sent them back for a refund, which they tried very hard for me not to do. I am still waiting for my refund. I will never buy from this company again.
