Brilliant shorts! Comfy and stops the dreaded chaffing. My iPhone sits nicely in the legging pocket with the other side holding gels etc. Zip pocket at the back really useful for when I need to take keys out with me. 6ft 1, and 14st, went for the regular length in large and they fit me perfectly

Best 2 in 1 shorts I've tried

First run out in htese shorts and I love them. The best compliment is I didn't spend any of my run thinking about the shorts - they went on, were comfortable and did the job without issue. Minor thing, I'd like the zip pocket to be a tiny bit bigger as I prefer my phone in the back pocket to on my leg (iPhone 16e), it fits without the protective case but an extra cm would have made it perfect! I will be buying another pair!
