Stunning color. This looks like it can be used as a topper and one coat or built up on its own. This color is so glittery and shimmery. It is so pretty. Omg I love it! It is semi textured, kinda like a fine sandpaper but nothing that a good plumping topcoat can’t fix. If you enjoy sparkly glittery nail polish you definitely need this one. 🥰
