Damask Velvet Curtain - Ruby

Like another review said, the fabric is rather thin for the price ("thin" here meaning average curtain weight), and I would like to see the hefty velvet I remember from decades ago make a comeback. However, it is EXTREMELY difficult to find curtains that both look anywhere near as nice as these, and aren't made out of plastic. I've found it particularly hard to find a nice velvet in burgundy, in particular, regardless of material. For some reason, every "burgundy" set of drapes i've ordered had turned out just straight-up red and I ended up having to send them all back (I assume their "red" curtains lean more pink). Not these though! These are true, PROPER burgundy, and look just like the pictures. EIDT: Alright, nevermind I just saw how g o r g e o u s these look when light filters through them, upgrading to 5 stars

Pretty standard curtains. I have to say, for how long I waited for them (little over a month) and how expensive they were, I expected so much more. I mean it's $75 for a single panel. They are pretty, but they don't feel all that great. Super light which I felt from picking up the box they were in, thought they would be heavier especially judging from pictures. Feels like every other curtain to be honest. Probably being a bit harsh but I'm just really disappointed.
