Kagoshima Matcha Green Tea Powder

Delicate, brew at lower temp than standard matcha

I like this tea but it's very fussy--it needs to be brewed at a lower temperature than the Kyoto Uji Matcha. I found 140 farenheit on my smart kettle to be just right to bring out the grassy notes without the bitterness, but feel free to try it at different temps to pick what's right for you!

It was my first time ordering the new Kagoshima matcha. The Flavor profile is bright, round and very low bitterness. The texture is smooth. I really enjoyed it.
