I bought my first one a year ago and love it so much I bought a second one for our vacation house. It is a great chef’s knife, which I use every day. Keeps its sharpness and can slice anything from tomatoes, to onions, carrots — simply everything. It also has the right balance and feel for a great chef’s knife.
