Real Bread
This bread is absolutely delicious. I have not been able to eat bread for many years, because what you get in America, is not real bread. I don’t have any gut issues when I eat the German farmers bread. I’m so thankful I found Bread Village.

Bauernbrot
I really love your Bauernbrot. It tastes just like the bread my mother used to get at the German grocery store when I was a kid.
She always used the sourdough rye bread for sandwiches. When I visited Germany, first with my mother, then with my husband, and most recently with my father, I found the same wonderful. bread on the table for breakfast every morning.
Please never stop baking Bauernbrot.
