Really good
I love everything yuzu, so took the plunge to try my first Shared culture miso and it did not disappoint!! Bight, floral, sweet goodness!! Works perfectly with all the fresh summer produce avail now but honestly i like eating it off a spoon :)

Piquant and Aromatic
This is a delicious miso, savory and bright with citrus notes from the Yuzu. It's my new go-to for glazing fish. Thank you for the labor and care that went into this batch. Those of us far from California get to experience the tastes your local communities produce!

Extraordinary!
Yuzu is such a trend right now, but using it as a flavouring for a soda or a sugar-laden filling for a biscuit (cookie) is simply a waste of the ingredient and I have a feeling that probably the yuzu being used at most commercial levels is now just a lab-created version of the essence of the fruit.
With your miso, however, I taste the unique quality of the fruit. even if it is the California version. and it is splendid. Dandelion Chocolate has incorporated yuzu into some of its bonbon collections, so I know what can be done to bring out the true flavour, especially since they have a shop in Japanese and know how to respect the ingredients. (Your cacao miso collaboration with Dandelion is also spectacular.) You have succeeded again with capturing this fruit's gifts with your yuzu miso to my unending gratitude and any accolade I can offer is worth it. Thank you!
